Let me break down why it's better than your regular rubber ball. First off, the texture is spot on. The surface of this ball is perfect for massaging, and the rubber has just the right amount of firmness. It lets you pinpoint areas for a good massage and amps up your sensory proprioception, especially recommended for your feet. OMG!
Another cool surprise is that you can open up the ball, turning it into a different beast. Two hemispheres and a mini ball inside make it a versatile tool for various exercises. The hemispheres are awesome for massaging, reises your heels for squating and plenty of other stretches. And don't get me started on the mini ball – ideal for targeting smaller or specific areas. I usually use it on my forearms after a hard climbing session.
Here's something I don't recommend, but my kid turned it into a chocolatey mess and was impossible not to try. I tossed it in the dishwasher, and it came out good as new. Just a heads up.
